I am an Integrative & Holistic Nutrition Health Coach. I received my training from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York, NY, USA, where I studied over 100 dietary theories, practical lifestyle management techniques, and innovative coaching methods with some of the world’s top health and wellness experts, including Dr. Andrew Weil, Dr. Deepak Chopra, Dr. David Katz, Dr. Walter Willett, Dr. Mark Hyman, Dr. Alejandro Junger, Dr. John Douillard, Dr. Liz Lipski, Dr. Josh Axe, Donna Gates, and many other leading researchers and nutrition authorities. I also received functional nutrition training from Holistic Nutrition Lab: Full Body Systems and functional nutritionist Andrea Nakayama. I am currently pursuing my Masters of Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine from the University of Bridgeport.


Drawing on my background, training, skills, and life experiences, I support my clients of Venessa Rodriguez and Unveiled Wellness spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and physically.


I am not a medical doctor, dietician, nor nutritionist. I do not hold a degree in medicine or dietetics.  I make no claims to any specialized medical training, nor do I dispense medical advice or prescriptions.  This content is not intended to diagnose or treat any diseases.  It is intended to be provided for informational, educational, and self-empowerment purposes ONLY.  Please consult with your doctor or wellness team if you have any questions regarding the whole foods program, and then make your own well-informed decisions based upon what is best for your unique genetics, culture, conditions, and stage of life.


Delivery Method (Digital Delivery)

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from PayPal containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your software/license/access code via email within 1 working day.

Refund Policy

Digital Products:

There are no refunds on digital products that can be downloaded, viewed, copied or stored in an electronic format.  This pertains to the Unveiled 30 Day Healthy Eating Program and all Unveiled Wellness Digital Detox Programs. This is industry standard.  These program are non-refundable, so please read the full program details and F.A.Q.s before purchasing any program or product.


Online Coaching Programs:


If you work through all the material and implement it as outlined and you’re not totally satisfied, I will refund 100% of your money. The only catch is that you need to have completed the work (modules provided) and asked for help in the Facebook group if something isn’t working or you’re struggling. If you go through and aren’t satisfied at all, send through evidence of your work and your money will be refunded. I offer this fabulous guarantee because I have complete faith in these programs. I know that if you commit to working through the materials and take action, you will be able to achieve amazing results. You will feel totally supported and encouraged in this innovative program. Refunds must be requested within 30 days of purchase to be eligible.
